What the job involves

• Design and implement communication plans aligned with the firm’s investment strategy, vision, and goals
• Oversee press releases, interviews, and media briefings for the leadership team, focused on the firm's deals, fundraising, and industry insights
• Assist senior executives, including managing partners, with speechwriting, presentation development, and talking points for internal and external engagement
• Oversee the firm’s digital platforms, including the website and social media channels, ensuring they reflect the firm’s brand and expertise
• Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and conferences to enhance its visibility and reputation
• Manage communication budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities

Who we are looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a Master's and/or MBA is a strong plus
• Proven track record in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, ideally within the finance, investment, or private equity industry
• Experience working closely with investor relations teams, including drafting reports, handling investor communication, and understanding the nuances of financial disclosures
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including investors, regulators, industry peers, and employees, ensuring consistent and effective communication
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, with expertise in using metrics and analytics to measure impact and refine approaches
• Strong work ethic and team player who can manage multiple workstreams under time pressure as required
• Fluent English essential. Arabic a strong plus
