The position is based in Mexico City or Miami.
What the job involves

  • Manage policy lifecycle end-to-end, overseeing due diligence, placement, renewals, audits, certificates, claims, premium allocation, and optimization across diverse jurisdictions

  • Manage broker relationships, conduct property reviews, and coordinate training
  • Collaborate with legal, asset management, engineering, and property teams to support timely claim resolution

Who we are looking for

  • Impeccable analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proactive and precise in decision-making
  • Solid grasp of insurance fundamentals, including  assessment, mitigation, placement, and claims handling
  • Degree in risk management, finance, business, accounting, or a similar field
  • Professional certifications (ARM, CRM, CIRM, CPCU or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English required, advanced or fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of construction/development risk requirements and international insurance markets
  • Solid organization, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to operate independently, and with outstanding attention to detail
  • Expertise in insurance principles, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, with a proven track record in insurance for real estate/hospitality and managing complex claims
