About our client

Our client is an established, international private equity investment firm who are looking to expand its already high-calibre private equity co-investment team in Singapore.

You will be joining a global platform with offices in key financial hubs. The team invests in a wide variety of deals including growth and buyouts across the APAC region.

They are looking for a highly numerate Senior Associate who enjoys a deal-driven and fast paced environment

What the job involves

You’ll play an integral role in the evaluation and execution of co-investment opportunities through detailed due diligence, including industry research, financial modeling, and management team assessments
Work with seniors to prepare material for presenting to the investment committee
Train Associates and Analysts, fostering team development and collaboration

Who we are looking for

Direct buyside investment experience at an Investment Associate or Senior Associate level at reputable buyout or growth equity funds
Fluency in an Asian language
Track record of closed deals throughout your career
Must have an interest and knowledge of in co-investments
Strong valuations and modelling experience
