About our client
Our client, a leading international private markets investment firm, are currently looking to hire a Recruitment and Early Careers Specialist into their Frankfurt team. The fund, which operates across Europe, have a consistently strong track record of investing in to and transforming businesses across multiple sectors. Due to the up-coming planned growth and the success of past early careers hiring strategies, the firm is now looking to make the addition of a Recruitment and Early Careers Specialist into their Frankfurt team to lead on multiple levels of investment recruitment as well the firms early careers hiring programme.
What the job involves
As the Recruitment and Early Careers Specialist, you will immediately be afforded some great exposure across a wide range of responsibilities. Working closely with the wider people team and senior stakeholders across the business, you will support the firm on its international recruitment along with leading on the early careers and Associate hiring programmes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for early-career talent, including Associate programmes, internships, and entry level positions
Manage end to end recruitment processes for investment and group function hires across the firm
Liaise with external providers, including recruiters, search firms and training platforms
Organise and attend campus recruitment events, career fairs and networking sessions to engage with potential candidates
Oversee the on-boarding and co-ordinate induction programmes for all level of employees
Support on developing training programmes and structured career progression frameworks
Who we are looking for
Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience gained within the financial services sector
Proven experience of Intern / Associate programme management and hiring
Proven experience of attending campus events, visiting universities and marketing the firm
Experience of recruiting for multiple business groups and levels of employee
Confident liaising with external providers
Experience of cross-boarder hiring would be advantageous
