About our client

Our client is a leading impact investing fund in the UAE. They are dedicated to the acquisition, development and overall investment management of renewable energy assets in emerging markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in UAE.

What the job involves

Independently lead transactions and to be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents
Manage the team involved in conducting the due diligence
Be willing to be exposed to investments in a variety of geographic jurisdictions
Travel to project site as part of the investment evaluation process

Who we are looking for

Significant experience in M&A and renewable energy investing
Good investment track record
Experience of leading all aspects of the deal process
Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite
