About our client

We are working with one of the Netherlands’ leading LPs, based in Zeist near Utrecht. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team to work across primaries, co-investments and secondaries.

What the job involves

As an Analyst in this team you will work across sectors, geographies and deal types on a large number of transactions, in what is one of the most active PE investment teams in Europe.

Support the team in performing due diligence on new investments, including financial modelling, reviewing the process and investment documentation
Participate in due diligence processes with private equity fund managers
Assist the team in finding suitable investments which involves analysis of the private equity fund landscape
Monitor the current investment portfolio including analysis of underlying assets within the GPs

Who we are looking for

Experience in either investment banking, consulting or accounting
Proven ability to build financial models and run M&A execution processes
Interest in primaries and co-investments within private markets
Self-starter with a high level of maturity, commitment and ability to work well within a small international team
