What the job involves

Originate bridge loan and medium term lending investments, secured against property assets
Take a lead role in the day to day analysis and execution of investments
Structure and negotiate investments, identify potential structuring issues and create solutions

Who we are looking for

Significant prior investment experience in short-term property-backed lending
A successful track record of originating new business
An existing pipeline of short-term property bridging finance deals
A strong network of potential clients in Spain
