What the job involves
The Associate role is broad, and will involve the following:
Oversee the preparation of bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications
Responsible for the management and control of bid checklist and timeline
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, commercial specialists, and proposal writers
Manage bid timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the progression of bid proposals
Responsible for maintaining and advancing the pipeline including submissions of EOI, RfQ, and RfP
Prepare market intelligence reports on industry trends, upcoming opportunities, and players in the market
Provide support to senior project development team members
Liaise with internal team members to prepare project briefs and investment memos
Prepare investment thesis, return analysis, and risk mitigation strategy
Assist in preparing project budgets
Who we are looking for
Proven track record of successful infrastructure bid submissions
Effective communication skills
Exceptional coordination skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proactive thinking to anticipate and resolve potential issues
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or similar field
Experience in technical advisory, consulting, investment banking, or project management considered an asset
CFA, PMP, or MBA considered an asset
