What the job involves

• You will be an essential member of the team and a vital part of sourcing new investment opportunities for the deal team
• You will travel to industry-relevant events, meet and network with C-level executives, and identify potential investment opportunities, primarily in the DACH region and wider Europe
• A high degree of responsibility from the start, hands-on work, and close interaction with deal team members

Who we are looking for

• A strong academic record from an established university
• Prior professional M&A experience or sourcing experience within an investment bank, investment boutique or private equity fund. Alternatively, experience within industry relevant expert networks or Big4
• The team is looking for a proactive, outgoing team player who is ambitious and a natural networker
• A candidate who has a "hunter" mindset to identify and pursue promising opportunities and does not hesitate to roll up their sleeves
• The position requires a degree of maturity and negotiation skills to generate new business opportunities
• Fluency in German and English is essential
