About our client

Our client is a large multi-asset manager, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to their Chief Investment Officer. This role will be based full-time in Paris.

The team is well-funded, growing, and has a global investment remit across developed and emerging markets. The team invests across private equity and public markets globally. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be given a lot of responsibility. The team has a collegiate culture.

What the job involves

• Assist the CIO in the daily coordination of the group's activities; this will include being the point of contact for general communication with the CIO
• Taking minutes and compiling agendas for meetings and ensuring follow up tasks from these meetings are carried out accurately and promptly
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to the coordination of investment teams
• Making travel arrangements, planning and scheduling meetings
• Help the HR with team assessments and team performance reviews

Who we are looking for

• Experience in a similar position (secretary / office manager / executive assistant / personal assistant) within a financial services institution
• Knowledge of private markets is essential and exposure to investments would be a plus
• Exceptional organisation skills - ability to organise, execute, and manage events and logistics
• Fluent in written and verbal English and French
