This is a key growth hire and a pivotal role that will partner with finance, portfolio management, and investment teams. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the infrastructure sector along with strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies. This role is positioned as a leadership function within the business, working closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. What the job involves

  • Ensure all valuations comply with relevant accounting standards and meet both internal and external audit requirements
  • Present valuation findings and strategic recommendations to the firm’s Valuation Committees and other senior stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (investment, finance, and accounting) and external parties (valuation advisors)
  • Collaborate with investment and finance teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure valuations reflect current market conditions
  • Engage with deal teams to understand transaction context, market dynamics, and key value drivers influencing asset valuations
  • Support knowledge-sharing and training initiatives, helping deal teams enhance their understanding of valuation and accounting requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous development of valuation policies, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Track macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific developments that may impact asset valuations

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation methodologies
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organisational abilities
  • Proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
  • Demonstrated experience working within international and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills at a business level
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
