About our client

Our client is a high-calibre, first-time international private equity firm looking to expand their London-based investment team with an English-speaking Associate - further European languages are very welcome. They invest in tech-enabled services and B2B software companies in the DACH region and wider Europe. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly driven team of investors, with backgrounds in some of the most reputable firms in the industry.

What the job involves

You will be an essential member of the deal team, supporting on the deal execution and managing workstreams
You will identify investment opportunities, primarily in the DACH region and wider Europe
You will support with financial modelling, due diligence activities and market research
A high degree of autonomy and responsibility is required from the start, hands-on work, and working closely and efficiently with other team members

Who we are looking for

A strong academic record from an established university
Prior experience in a private equity fund, ideally specialising in technology or software investments, with additional experience in a renowned international investment bank or boutique
The team is looking for a proactive, outgoing team player who is ambitious and has entrepreneurial spirit
They are looking for a high degree of autonomy and ownership and someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial working environment
Fluency in English and at least one additional European language is essential
