With a multi-decade track record across the US, Europe, and Asia, and over €20Bn in AuM, the firm executes buyout strategies in the tech, healthcare, consumer, and services sectors. They are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join the new Paris team and support deal execution across all core verticals in Europe.

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the fund's expansion, supporting on deal sourcing and execution. You’ll benefit from a high-touch mentorship model with seasoned professionals and build expertise in cross-border transactions. The role offers deep involvement across their verticals, focusing on top-tier businesses in these fields.

What the job involves

  • Sourcing & Business Development: Support outbound sourcing efforts with a strong field-focus; assist in building external relationships by attending meetings with advisors, founders, management teams
  • Deal Execution: Provide vital execution support on complex transactions, including building rigorous financial models, conducting deep-dive due diligence, and preparing investment memorandums
  • Portfolio Management: Form close partnerships with portfolio companies, participating actively in company life and assisting with ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the global team, leveraging international insights and assisting with materials for shadow investment committees and value creation agendas

Who we are looking for

  • Full-time work experience IB/M&A experience at a top-tier institution
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree from a tier-one academic institution
  • Trilingual fluency is required: fluent French, English and/or German language skills, plus a third European language
  • Commercially minded, highly analytical, and proactive, with a demonstrable passion for the consumer, healthcare, education, technology sectors
