About our client
Our client, a leading large-cap private equity fund, are currently looking to make the addition of a HR Business Partner to their London team to support their EMEA business population. The fund, which operates across a global basis, have a consistently strong track record over the years and do not foresee this slowing down. Due to global growth of the company and the increased success within the people function, the European HR team is now looking to add an additional HR resource to lead on partnering with the EMEA investment group. What the job involves
As the HR Business Partner, you will immediately be afforded a broad amount of exposure and responsibilities. On the day to day, you will work closely with the Senior HRBP whilst having support from a junior HR generalist resource and the wider specialist HR functions within the business.
Strategic HR support across the European investment group
Provide guidance to the business on a range of HR related matters, including employee relations, performance management and talent development
Driving people initiatives that promote engagement, learning and professional growth
Work closely with the wider specialist HR functions including Talent Development, Recruitment and Reward
Align HR strategies and projects with the wider organisation and client groups
Partnering with senior leaders to manage organisational and business change
Implementation and analysis of HR trends from business data and metrics
Who we are looking for
Proven experience of working within the private equity or boutique investment management space
Proven experience of covering both strategic and operational HR activities
Experience and knowledge of the EMEA market would be advantageous
Confident in partnering with and supporting both senior and junior staff members
Confident in HR technology and use of data analytics
Comfortable working and partnering with wider internal specialist HR functions
