With a binational team and deep operational expertise, they support business growth across sectors such as aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and consumer goods. They're now seeking a Financial Planning & Strategy Associate to help drive strategic initiatives that enable world-class operations and promote long-term economic impact.
 

What the job involves

  • Lead high-impact strategic and financial initiatives aimed at driving business development and revenue growth
  • Collaborate directly with the Co-CEOs and senior leadership across departments to support financial planning, build forecasts, and prepare investment analyses and presentations
  • Gain direct exposure to top-level decision-making through close collaboration with executives
  • Contribute to strategic growth by taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Deepen your understanding of cross-border business within one of the world’s most dynamic trade corridors

Who we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Interest in search funds, the shelter services model, and nearshoring trends in North America
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, essential for working in a bilingual, cross-border environment
