What the job involves

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, this role supports the delivery of high-quality, compliant investor marketing and corporate communications. It is a broad, hands-on position covering written communications, agency coordination, investor events and IR operations, alongside light office administration responsibilities.

  • Drafting, editing and proofreading investor communications and marketing materials, including preparing and updating presentations, one-pagers and fund or portfolio materials in line with approved templates and brand guidelines
  • Drafting digital and social media content and coordinating basic website updates
  • Supporting investor events, including invitations, materials, logistics and follow-ups
  • Maintaining CRM records, investor mailing lists and data rooms to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for external PR and communications agencies, including briefing, feedback consolidation and approvals
  • Helping to keep the London office organised and presentable for internal and investor-facing activity

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent English with excellent written accuracy and attention to detail, Spanish language skills are advantageous
  • Experience in a PR or communications agency, professional services firm, financial services environment, or strong internship exposure in communications
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines calmly
  • Clear and professional communication style with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Comfort working with data, mailing lists and CRM systems (prior experience beneficial but not essential)
