What the job involves

• Take on a key role within the investment team with exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and acquisition through to exit
• Collaborate closely with  management teams, driving strategic and financial value creation
• High level of responsibility from day one, with hands-on execution and regular interaction with senior team members

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background from a top-tier university
• Previous experience in M&A from a leading investment bank, investment banking boutique or private equity firm
• A collaborative team player who values culture and integrity, and is motivated by a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
• A pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset to navigate and add value in the mid-market space
• Fluency in German and English is required
