About our client

Our client is a leading international investment banking and financial advisory firm specializing in infrastructure and energy transactions. With a strong global presence and extensive experience advising investors, developers, and strategic stakeholders, the firm delivers complex transactions across renewable energy, transportation, and other critical infrastructure sectors. To support its continued growth across Latin America, the firm is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join its team, supporting transaction execution and business development initiatives across the region. The position is based in Mexico City.

What the job involves

• Support the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions across Latin America
• Build and review full-scale financial models
• Support due diligence and overall deal execution on live transactions
• Manage day-to-day transaction execution, including client communication and interaction with lenders and investors
• Contribute to business development, including pitches, market studies, and client presentations
• Work closely with senior team members and other teams throughout the transaction process

Who we are looking for

• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, and/or M&A
• Experience in infrastructure and energy, ideally within an investment bank, commercial bank, or consulting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
• Fluency in Spanish and English
