Our client has a significant track record over multiple fund cycles. The firm is now looking to hire an additional Operations Manager to work across all business aspects of the portfolio companies. This opportunity is well suited for a driven and highly motivated professional with a background in management consulting, paired with strong financial and operational know-how. The client offers excellent growth opportunities for candidates, as part of an entrepreneurial team that independently devises and implements solutions.
What the job involves

As a key member of the operations team, you manage all business operations focusing on continuous improvement in collaboration with senior management and employees.

  • Taking full responsibility for the long-term value creation of the portfolio company, developing it successfully and maintaining close communication with key stakeholders
  • Identifying measures for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the executive team to develop and execute performance improvement plans
Who we are looking for

  • Several years of work experience with initial experience from an established management consulting firm, and well-experienced in operations topics
  • In-depth expertise across the following fields: Marketing/Sales, Supply Chain, Process Optimization, IT, or Finance
  • Ability to work independently, develop solutions, and implement them
  • Natural affinity for the smaller, mid-sized target market
  • Willingness to travel to the portfolio company is essential
  • Native-level German and very good English skills are required
