About our client

Our client, one of the largest independent medical care centres in Germany, is looking to grow their team in Frankfurt with a skilled and hands-on M&A Manager. In this position you will work in an ambitious team, with a great culture, closely together with the PE fund. They offer great development opportunities in the fastest growing general medicine practice group in Germany with a lot of responsibility right from the start. You will be included in the complete deal cycle, taking care of deal execution, due diligence, as well as post-merger-integration (PMI) activities.

What the job involves

• Support in the execution of practice acquisitions (approach, financial modelling, site visits, due diligence and contract negotiations)
• Support in the integration of acquired target companies (post-merger integration (PMI))
• Preparation of documents for the management and the shareholders
• Support with analyses and internal projects for the strategic development of the company
• Preparation of financial models as well as business plans, scenario analyses and benchmarking analyses in cooperation with the finance department

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable degree program
• Previous professional experience in an auditing firm, management consultancy, corporate M&A or investment banking boutique
• Experience within the healthcare sector in Germany and/or companies pursuing a buy-and-build strategy are a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Written and spoken fluency in German and English is a must
