Our client is an international, family-backed evergreen investment company that partners with visionary entrepreneurs driving consumer revolutions and building category-defining brands. With over €2bn in AUM and offices globally, the firm focuses on growth-stage companies in FMCG, healthcare, and digital retail. The fund uses patient, permanent capital to build businesses for the long-term, investing across three core strategies: Growth, Platform, and Venture.
What the job involves

  • Support origination efforts, including market mapping, thesis development and outreach to founders and intermediaries
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modelling for prospective investments
  • Perform commercial, market and competitive due diligence on target companies
  • Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal investment committee review
  • Support portfolio companies with ad hoc strategic, financial or operational requests
  • Track portfolio company performance and assist with periodic reporting
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to deal team discussions
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, bankers and advisors
  • Monitor sector trends across FMCG, health, consumer technology and lifestyle to inform deal sourcing
Who we are looking for

  • Current experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with comfort navigating complex capital structures
  • Genuine interest in consumer brands and the FMCG, health, and lifestyle sectors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean team environment
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
