About our client

The firm is looking to further develop its excellent sustainability credentials with an ESG Manager to support the team internally on all ESG and sustainability related matters.

What the job involves

• Further develop the firm's ESG strategy and policies
• Coordinate implementation of agreed ESG targets
• Prepare adequate plan for implementation of policies
• Implement policies
• Facilitate training of employees in policies
• Liaise with different parts of the organization to create and operationalize ESG strategy
• Ensure development and annual updates of ESG strategy with ambitious and specific long term  targets
• Work strategically to maximise ESG impact and meet stated ambition
• Organise and manage data collection and analysis processes
• Lead on regulatory and reporting requirements, liaising with relevant teams internally

Who we are looking for

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large scale implementation projects and cover multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proactive with the ability to manage own time effectively and efficiently
• Enthusiasm and a desire to develop leadership skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organised manner

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Broad skill set across ESG, with a focus on environmental and governance background
