About our client

Our client is a global leading global investment organisation, recognised for its strong track record in innovation, excellence, and long-term value creation. As part of its ongoing evolution, the firm’s Group Audit & Assurance (GA&A) function is undergoing a significant transformation to become more data-driven, technology-enabled, and insight-led. As a result of this, the firm is seeking to hire a Transformation Specialist to play a key role in this journey, driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across the function.

What the job involves

This is a high-impact transformation role focused on modernising GA&A operations. Within the role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign processes, embed automation, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the function.

• Leading the enhancement and automation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Designing and implementing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Identifying and delivering process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
• Supporting the development and optimisation of the Audit Management System
• Driving the adoption of AI, automation, and analytics initiatives
• Partnering with stakeholders across audit, finance, and technology to embed sustainable data governance and reporting practices
• Contributing to broader strategic initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in process redesign, automation, or business transformation, ideally within audit or finance
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in financial analysis, performance reporting, or management information
• Experience developing dashboards or working with BI and reporting tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and well-controlled solutions
• Exposure to audit systems or GRC platforms 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Professional qualification in Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
