What the job involves

Support in the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate transactions
Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
Conduct market research and prepare investment committee materials
Assist in the asset management of existing investments, contributing to value-creation strategies
Liaise with external stakeholders including property managers, legal advisors, and financing partners

Who we are looking for

Experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a consultancy. Exposure to real estate transactions is preferred
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel
Excellent research and quantitative analysis capabilities
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
A second European language (such as German, Spanish, Italian or French) is preferred but not required
