About our client

Our client is a global private equity buyout fund. They are currently looking to add an investment analyst or associate to their growing Shanghai-based investment team. The team has an excellent track record focusing on mid to large cap buyout transactions across sectors and has already made several successful acquisitions and exits. They are well-funded, with a fantastic reputation in the market.
What the job involves

  • Support the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing portfolio management, and exit
  • Completely capable of building complex operating models from scratch 
  • Deal execution of live transactions 
Who we are looking for

  • Bulge bracket investment banking experience and/or private equity buyout experience at global top tier funds
  • Superior analytical and technical capability 
  • Native-level fluency in Chinese Mandarin
