As Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving cultural strategy, building on a collaborative and inclusive culture. You will support talent across both the investment office and philanthropic foundation, in a range of roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people professional with an interest in impact, comfort with a high level of autonomy and keen to work across an international scope.

What the job involves

• Collaborate with leaders to develop people and culture strategies aligned with long-term values
• Provide expert guidance to leaders on a range of people & culture matters, including ER, performance management and talent development
• Drive initiatives promoting employee engagement and professional growth
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on designing and implementing compensation & benefits programs to attract and retain talent
• Align strategies with budgeting and resource allocation alongside finance & leadership teams
• Occasional travel between Amsterdam and Swiss offices to provide on-site support

Who we are looking for

• Relevant undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
• Evidence of progressive HR experience within business partnering
• Experience within private equity and asset management, philanthropy beneficial
• In-depth understanding of employment law across the European space
• Strong interpersonal skills, a sociable and bubbly personality
