What the job involves

The Associate will be fully integrated into the London private debt infrastructure team, working closely with senior colleagues and supporting the full investment lifecycle.

Sourcing, evaluating, and executing infrastructure debt opportunities
Conducting detailed financial and credit analysis, including modelling
Preparing investment memos and presenting recommendations to the team
Monitoring and managing portfolio exposure
Contributing to a lean, process-oriented, and team-focused environment

Who we are looking for

Considerable experience in credit-related roles, including banking, advisory, or lending
Strong technical and modelling skills, with a proven track record in deal execution
Collaborative and eager to integrate into a small, close-knit team
Flexible, process-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
