About our client

Our client is an international multifamily office seeking a Senior Investment Analyst who can specialize in the analysis of US small and mid-cap companies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the portfolio performance and providing actionable insights to portfolio managers and clients. This position is based in Houston.
What the job involves

  • Provide an in-depth analysis of fundamental aspects of US mid-cap equities
  • Create financial models to estimate earnings and evaluate valuations indicators, directly influencing investment decisions 
  • Work together with portfolio managers to review investment strategies and share updates on market trends
  • Collaborate with company leadership and industry specialists to obtain knowledge and improve research quality 
  • Create comprehensive reports that emphasize market trends, competitive standing, and financial well-being
  • Review quarterly earnings reports and industry trends, producing insights that guide investment possibilities
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders 

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in investments, equity valuation, risk assessment, and portfolio management
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economy, or related field
  • Master’s Degree, CFA, or CAIA (preferred)
  • Superior skills in financial modelling and valuation techniques
  • Solid analytical capabilities, communications kills and team proactive
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
  • For Houston applicants, you must have American citizenship / residency or working visa prior to starting the recruitment process
  • Compensation: US$130k - US$150k annually
