About our client

We are representing an exceptional opportunity with a leading GP based in Abu Dhabi. The team we are working with specialises in buyouts within the technology sector with a global investment scope. They are seeking to expand their investment team with a Senior Associate. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials
• Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members
• Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos
• Manage and optimise existing investment portfolios globally
• Work in a small, lean team with a great deal of autonomy

Who we are looking for

• You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university
• Experience in an investment bank in M&A and buy-side experience in the technology sector is required
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively
• Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team
