What the job involves

The Investment Associate will contribute across the full investment lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting due diligence on investment opportunities, including financial and commercial analysis
• Assisting in structuring, negotiating, and executing tailored financing solutions
• Sourcing and screening new investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategy
• Preparing investment materials, including memos and internal reporting
• Supporting portfolio management and follow-on investments
• Maintaining transaction documentation and contributing to internal reporting
• Engaging with the venture and technology ecosystem through networking and events

Who we are looking for

• A few years of experience in asset-based financing, private credit/debt, structured finance, venture capital, private equity, or a related investment role
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with solid understanding of modelling and deal evaluation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in technology, startups, and growth companies
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• High level of initiative, independence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
