What the job involves

Building network-driven deal flow, developing meaningful founder relationships and honing investment judgement. 

• Source exceptional founders - build proprietary deal flow through your own network, ecosystem presence, and consistent outbound sourcing
• Deepen European coverage - help us build stronger presence in key European markets
• Develop investment conviction - evaluate opportunities across team, product, market, and ambition; prepare investment materials and contribute to partner discussions
• Support founder relationships - help founders with customer intros, fundraising context, and access to relevant people in the network
