They are investing in high-growth businesses across the Nordic region, working closely with management teams to drive organic growth through a buy and build strategy. What the job involves

• Working directly with founding partners alongside the wider investment team, taking overall ownership of deal execution
• Actively networking with advisors, target businesses and other industry professionals to proactively source deals
• Leading all aspects of transaction execution including market, financial and legal due diligence, structuring, negotiations and coordinating lawyer’s work on preparing investment documents, etc.
• Building and reviewing financial models, preparing investment memoranda & draft term sheets
• Understanding performance drivers and using a variety of tools to analyse performance of portfolio companies
• Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan
• Preparing analyses and recommendations of companies invested in
• Producing periodic portfolio company commentaries
• Contributing to the strategic projects and the further expansion of the fund

Who we are looking for

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills. Evidence of managing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment and being able to execute transactions
• Confidence and gravitas with strong communication skills. Comfortable working with senior management, able to present opportunities to investors and investment committees together with the partner
• Evidence of entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a dynamic, small team. Highly commercial with proven ability of working with management teams
• Proven track record of origination and deal execution in the Nordic region
• Strong network in the Nordic region
• Swedish speaker; additional European languages are helpful but not essential
