Our client, a global leading impact investment firm is currently looking to hire a Paralegal on an initial 12-month FTC to be part of its high-performing legal team. The fund which investments through multi strategies into the impact market, are currently going through a growth phase from both an asset and people perspective to back up its impressive results over the past few years.

What the job involves

As the Paralegal, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, including general legal support and fund administration as well as assisting with the transaction process. You will be part of a high performing legal team, supporting the business across its global activity.

• Reviewing general commercial and corporate contracts
• Supporting on a variety of legal and corporate projects
• Corporate secretarial requests
• Investor due diligence and supporting on KYC
• Interacting with fund service providers
• Reviewing NDAs and non-reliance letters
• General investment transaction support
• Monitoring investments post-closing
• Supporting with development and upkeep of legal policies

Who we are looking for

• Proven legal support experience within investment management or private practice
• Open to an initial 12-month FTC with the potential to go permanent
• Commercial mindset with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience of working within a global organisation would be advantageous
