About our client

Our client is an established investment group, based in Dubai. This team is part of a larger institution with a strong team culture. They are looking to hire a Director / MD to focus on strategy, operations and investments in the schools sector in the MENA region.

This role would require full relocation to Dubai.

What the job involves

Refining strategy
Leading the operations of the business
Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, from sourcing and analysis to the execution of any investment opportunities including due diligence
Participate in meetings with company management
Building and maintaining relationships within the industry
Leading the overall strategy, development, and management of the schools portfolio
Managing the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring adequate returns while minimising risk
Managing the portfolio of schools and overseeing operations
Leading and growing the team

Who we are looking for

Senior operating experience within the schools sector, specifically within the K-12 space in the MENA region
Experience of growing a schools business and of creating and implementing business strategies
Ability to coach and lead other team members
Experience of leading and building teams
Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai
