About our client

Our client is an asset manager that co-invests in LBO transactions and private equity buyouts across a wide range of industries in the US market. This is the ideal opportunity to join a seasoned team of professionals and participate in the investment process, from deal sourcing and analyses, through to execution and portfolio monitoring of the investments. The position is based in Dallas, Texas.
What the job involves

  • Conduct valuation assessments and financial modeling that encompasses DCF, LBO, public comparable, and precedent transaction evaluations
  • Perform research on firms in different industries and sub-industries, financial evaluations, strategic assessments, risk evaluations, and additional due diligence
  • Draft written summaries, presentation content, and investment documents for the investment group and investment committee
  • Assist in the execution of investments by overseeing communication with industry specialists, management groups, sponsors, attorneys, advisors, investors or any related party
  • Oversee current portfolio investments and create performance reports

Who we are looking for

  • Talented professionals with a degree in economics, engineering, finance or related field. Must be able to prove that have completed his/her Bachelor’s degree. Candidates eligible for a TN Visa are encouraged to apply. The client will handle the process and costs of sponsorship for U.S. work authorization
  • Relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, and / or private equity
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proactive self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision
  • Highly detailed oriented and able to multitask attending specific deadlines
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
