About our client

Our client, a global, PE-backed engineering company, focused on high voltage products, is currently looking to expand their new Berlin-based office with a M&A and Strategy Associate. They are a global market leader with over 2500 employees and high growth potential, organically and through add-on acquisitions.
What the job involves

  • Reporting directly to Head of Strategy & PMO and supporting them in all M&A and strategy related topics
  • Implementation of the value creation plan across various workstreams
  • Exposure to the entire M&A process (sourcing / tracking of deals, valuation, due diligence)
  • Professionalise management organization (support preparation of board meetings etc.)
  • Close access to senior management and investment professionals
Who we are looking for

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance or similar qualifications with strong academic track record
  • Professional experience within an M&A boutique, private equity, family office or transaction advisory firm
  • Highest quality standards and a strong sense of responsibility with strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent German & English language skills are a must
