About our client

Our client is a fast-growing high-end consumer goods distributor backed by a well-known Private Equity firm. The distributor is an established German firm looking to add an Operations Manager to support their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on person wanting to make the step from consulting into the Private Equity world. In this position, you will assess existing structures and processes, working closely alongside the directors in a fast-paced environment.

What the job involves

Collaboration with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Working alongside the operations director, serving as a key point of contact between the executive leadership and different departments
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Play a key role in managing and mitigating crises, working closely with the executive team to develop and execute crisis response plans

Who we are looking for

You have gained several years of work experience including initial experience within an established management consultancy
Willingness to work close to Stuttgart 4-5 days / week
Broader operational experience and financial skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization and external stakeholders
Humble, hands-on team player mindset
Native level German and very good English skills are required
