What the job involves

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to originate investment opportunities
• Leading the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities including the preparation of investment committee papers, the review and assessment of due diligence reports and the review of legal documentation
• Assisting the partners in the regular portfolio reporting process

Who we are looking for

• Direct senior investment experience within small-to-mid market private equity with an affinity to founder led businesses
• Extensive experience and track record in leading investments
• Strong and active network across the corporate finance and broader intermediary community, banks and other relevant organisations and hubs
• Personable and comfortable working as part of a small, dedicated and highly motivated team and a friendly team player
