Our client is a dynamically growing, PE-backed roll-up in the healthcare sector and a market leader in their field with over 120 locations. The company is focused on building a vertically integrated healthcare network within regional clusters.

Their growth strategy is driven by a consistent buy-and-build approach, with more than seventy successful transactions completed over the past three years. A strong M&A pipeline ensures a continuous deal flow and underpins the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

  • Preparation of company valuations, business analyses, and financial models
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Drafting NBOs, term sheets, and board approval documents
  • Coordination and oversight of due diligence teams and DD processes
  • Supporting the structuring and negotiation of transaction documents (e.g., SPA, SHA, management agreements)
  • Assisting with transaction closing and post-merger integration (PMI)

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, ideally with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, or M&A

  • Strong skills in company valuation and financial modelling
  • Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the healthcare services sector is a plus, but not required
