What the job involves

• Work across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities to execution and portfolio management
• Lead financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, including building and analysing detailed financial models
• Support deal execution, including negotiations, structuring, and closing
• Monitor and work with portfolio companies to drive performance and support growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior team members on investment strategy and sector insights

Who we are looking for

• Current investing experience at a strong mid-market to large-cap platform, ideally following a background in banking or consulting
• Collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment within a flat structure
• Ability to contribute across all stages of the investment process
• Sector-specific experience is a plus, but not essential
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
