What the job involves

• You will be an essential member of the team with exposure to the full lifecycle of investments from acquisition through to exit
• You will be collaborating, influencing, and executing strategic changes across the portfolio companies to build strategic and financial value in close cooperation with management teams
• Expect early ownership of tasks, hands-on contributions, and consistent collaboration with senior management

Who we are looking for

• Great academic record from an established university
• Prior professional M&A experience from a top-tier/boutique investment bank or a consulting background paired, ideally with additional mid-market private equity experience
• The team is seeking someone who genuinely values collaboration and prioritises team culture
• A candidate who welcomes opportunities to grow and brings a hands-on, get-it-done mindset 
• Low-ego excellence and entrepreneurial insight, key to partnering effectively with leadership teams
• German speaker with excellent English skills
