We are working with a leading European venture capital firm backing Europe's most ambitious founders from Series A and beyond. They are looking for an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations Professional to work across the full investor relations remit.

What the job involves

Drive fundraising execution across the fund products alongside investment teams
Map and engage prospective LPs, leading outreach and introductory conversations
Own CRM pipeline management, tracking and reporting
Plan and deliver fundraising events and represent Molten at industry conferences

Who we are looking for

Experienced in investor relations or fundraising within private markets
Strong understanding of the LP landscape across institutional investors, family offices and fund of funds
Confident communicator, comfortable in LP-facing settings
Highly organised with a commercial mindset and strong CRM discipline
Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in the venture and growth ecosystem
