This fund is one of the UK’s leading regional private equity investors and has great access to deal flow with an extensive network of senior executives and non-executives to support company development post-investment. With significant capital to deploy they invest across all sectors and in businesses with ambitious management teams, potential to expand, and capacity to create strategic value on exit. It has significant capital to deploy.

The lower mid-market and growth market in the UK is evolving and this is a great time to be moving to a leading investor in the space.

What the job involves

Focusing on SME buy-outs and later-stage investments using your network to bring in opportunities
Principal responsibility for deal generation, execution and some portfolio management
Take an active part in outlining and implementing the fund’s future strategy

Who we are looking for

An affinity to the UK lower mid-market / high growth businesses, with exposure to deals likely from a UK focused private equity / growth capital investor or a relevant advisory role
Demonstrable experience of originating and executing buy-outs and late-stage growth investments in UK-based SME’s would be a plus
Passion for small buy-out or SME investing
Strong advisor / CEO network
