What the job involves

Building and maintaining a systematic approach to sourcing, developing your own network of founders and operators, and converting that network into dealflow
Triaging inbound and self-generated opportunities with speed, and forming clear market views
Leading or supporting the investment process end-to-end, from sourcing to close
Representing the fund at events, panels, and through your own channels

Who we are looking for

Full-time experience in advisory, investing, founding, or operating
A strongly entrepreneurial and proactive personality
A demonstrable passion for early-stage company building
A natural networker with a collaborative mindset
