The team has a focus on Credit Strategies and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s data strategy. Your work will involve leveraging analytics to enhance investor communications, streamline reporting processes, and drive automation across key functions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across investor relations, investments, portfolio structuring, and finance to interpret portfolio data and deliver actionable insights. This role offers the chance to influence and improve existing processes, develop new analytical capabilities, and make a measurable impact on how the business communicates and delivers value to its stakeholders. 
What the job involves

  • Drive automation, data management, and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful insights
  • Analyse and present portfolio and fund performance data to support fundraising efforts and investor servicing
  • Produce performance insights for inclusion in quarterly reports, marketing materials, and bespoke investor requests
  • Provide data-driven input to enhance business development materials and strategic messaging
  • Conduct detailed market research and tailored analytical projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise data workflows and streamline reporting processes
  • Lead the quantitative elements of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for current and prospective investors
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on improving analytical capabilities and operational effectiveness

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analytics or a similar role, ideally within financial services
  • Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and portfolio company financials, with a strong interest in Private Credit
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships across functions
