About our client

Our client is a well known international, mid-market firm with private equity, growth and private credit strategies. You will be joining a growing and dynamic team where you will focus on project managing end-to-end fundraising processes and servicing their institutional investor base. You will be focused on their credit products. 

The expanding London team is looking for an analytically-minded and commercial investor relations professional to focus on its private debt products. This is a really exciting opportunity that offers great responsibility and professional development.

What the job involves

• Develop fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications - i.e. PPMs, DDQs, case studies etc
• Production and analysis of fund performance and portfolio company data for use in high-quality quarterly reports
• Produce market research, competitor analysis and presentations for internal strategic meetings
• Prepare materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other investor events
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective client relations services

Who we are looking for

• Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
• A background in financial services - either in investment banking, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / investor relations team
• Technically minded and able to understand financial / performance terminology. Understanding of financial modelling would be beneficial 
• Proficient command of English both verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages especially French and German is beneficial 
• Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
• Familiarity or interest in private markets is essential
