About our client

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and fast growing impact investor in their buyout team. With a fantastic team of high calibre investors, they're now looking to add a several Investment Associates to support on the full deal life cycle.

What the job involves

Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or from another private equity firm
Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial aptitude and strong technical skillset desirable
An interest in impact investing
International experience and top tier academics are a plus
Nordic language skills are preferred
