About our client

Our client, a leading alternative investment manager, is looking for an Associate to join their European Private Equity team focusing on primaries and co-investment opportunities. The role will be based in Geneva.
The team is growing on the back of their latest flagship fund raise. The role will involve identifying and sourcing new GPs (mid to large-cap), leading on due diligence processes, preparing investment committee presentations, and executing primary commitments as well as co-investments.
What the job involves

  • Identify and analyse relevant GPs and associated co-investment opportunities.
  • Build financial models and related IC documentation
  • Monitor existing investments and ensure performance reporting
  • Develop new relationships with investment funds in Europe, and occasionally across other geographies (North America and Asia)
Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic track record with a Master’s degree from a top university
  • Previous experience gained in a private equity fund
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with proven experience in financial modelling
  • Fluent in English and French
  • The position is based in Geneva; therefore, candidates must be willing to relocate and reside there full-time
