This is a unique opportunity to join a high-calibre, international mid-market private equity firm based in Helsinki. With an established presence across Northern Europe and an impressive investment track record, the firm is looking to add an Investment Associate to support across the full deal lifecycle.

What the job involves

Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio management
Ownership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactions
Active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

Exposure to private equity transactions, likely gained in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or similar
Strong commercial judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and technical capability
International experience and strong academic background advantageous
Nordic language skills and ties to the region preferred
