What the job involves

• Expertise in the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from sourcing and evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing supervision of business operations, and exit
• Completely capable of reviewing, analysing, and assessing potential deals and presenting to the general partners
• Lead, guide and train junior members of the team
• Hands on portfolio management

Who we are looking for

• Significant private equity buyout experience in both India and one of the following geographies - APAC/US/UK/Europe, having clearly been through the entire deal cycle end to end at a top-tier global fund
• Must have worked as the deal captain on numerous transactions 
• Superior analytical and technical capability 
• Strong writing and presentation skills 
• Top academic records 
• You should have started your career at a bulge bracket investment bank 
• Fully business fluent in Hindi and a strong understanding of the deal market in India
